Our Regular Pool Service is designed to take the hassle out of pool ownership. We ensures your pool is balanced, clean, and healthy all year round, so you can spend your weekends swimming rather than skimming.

Our Equipment

We use Lamotte Spin Touches to provide the most accurate testing available on site, as well as our own powered Vacuum Heads so that we do not have to rely on your equipment, ensuring a quicker, more thorough service and promoting longevity for your pool equipment.

What Is Included?

Every visit is thorough. Our standard service visit includes:

• Water Analysis: Professional on-site water testing.

• Chemical Balancing: Adding necessary chemicals to keep water sanitary and balanced (Chemicals charged as used).

• Surface Cleaning: Skimming leaves and debris from the water surface.

• Brushing: Scrubbing walls and steps to prevent algae buildup.

• Vacuuming: Thorough vacuuming of the pool floor using our own vacuum

• Equipment Maintenance: Emptying skimmer and pump baskets.

• System Check: Inspecting the pump, filter, and chlorinator to ensure everything is running smoothly.

• Backwashing: Cleaning the filter (sand) or hosing down cartridges as required.

Our Seasonal Schedule

We understand that your pool usage changes with the weather. Our servicing schedule is divided into two distinct seasons to match the Australian climate.

Summer Season (October – April)

During the peak swimming season, high usage and hot weather require frequent attention to keep the water safe and clear.

• Frequency: Monthly or Fortnighly visits.

Winter Season (May – September)

When the temperature drops and swimming frequency decreases, the pool requires less maintenance.

• Frequency: Monthly visits available.

The Winter Switch: We offer flexibility for our regular clients. If you are on a fortnightly schedule during the Summer, you have the option to switch to monthly servicing during the Winter months (May–Sept) to save on costs while maintaining water health.

The 12-Month Care Agreement

To guarantee your spot on our roster and ensure consistent results, our Regular Servicing is structured as a locked-in 12-month agreement.

Why 12 Months? Consistency is key to a long-lasting pool finish and equipment life. By locking in a year of service, you can:

1. Save money by preventing algae or equipment damage, which happens most frequently during the winter period

2. Catch equipment/warranty issues early before they become costly repairs

3. Have your water looking it's absolutely best throughout the year

Based in Glenroy, we proudly service pools throughout Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, a small travel fee may apply for locations beyond a 20km radius of Glenroy.
